Large, low flying, lots of lights |
Well it was about 7:30 pm
in Glenmont, NY in a pretty busy area of town and the sky
was very clear. I was driving and something caught my eye
up in the Sky. At first I just regarded it as a plane and
kept driving, but then I realized that it was very close and
low to the ground. My first thoughts were that it might
have been a plane about to crash or something and then it
got closer. It was huge. The shape of it was a triangle
and it was covered in white lights. My guess would be 20
or so and they seemed to outline the craft. The only other
lights I saw were 3 in a straight line in the middle red ,
green, red. The biggest thing that shocked me was the size
and who low it was. Also it seemed to hover in one area
and the way it was flying was almost how a kite glides in
the wind. it was pretty incredible. This all occurred over
about 5 minutes or so. Basically I followed it ( I was
driving the whole time) and all of a sudden the craft shot
off from the place it had stayed in the past few minutes
towards the city of Albany. it had to have been going fast
too because I could see it for miles and it passed the city
very quickly.
